What are Preventative Maintenance (PM) Visits?
Recurring visits to ensure proper operation of devices in Asset Tracker. They generally last one to two days.

Services Included:

  • Periodic system health checks to ensure maximum uptime
  • Meetings with key stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance
  • Review meeting to discuss PM visit findings and perform Call Log Analysis
