Design Group has multiple career opportunities across the country for engineers and technical specialists in the areas of Civil, Structural, and Architectural Engineering, as well as Project, Process, and Controls engineering.  Our interview process has been adapted to follow recommended COVID-19 guidelines. When possible, the process will be done remotely. Face-to-face interviews will follow adequate physical distancing with usage of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.

First Year Experience (FYE) For All New Hires
Design Group’s unique First Year Experience (FYE) is an on-boarding program design to ensure every professional has a fulfilling experience during their first year with the firm.  With COVID-19 changing our normal day-to-day activity during the last several months, we have continued to provide a positive and a meaningful experience for our onboarding professionals through our FYE program.

Within the program, new professionals are provided with enhanced support through meaningful conversations, opportunities to provide feedback on their experience, and guidance throughout their own career path within the firm. Additionally, professionals are given the opportunity to build relationships and form lasting connections with other Design Group team members.
