Design Group’s Infor XA team was recently recognized by a client for their hard work and dedication on an ongoing project. The team spent the last 18 months implementing a new ERP System and integrating multiple enterprise applications, including their ERP and CRM Systems.
The result was a 360º view of all customer information readily available for all users. Customer buying behavior, opportunities, quotes, shipments, invoices, etc. are now easily accessible. This allows our client to better serve their customers and improve customer service.
We integrated and modernized the client’s existing Order Entry system and created automated data flows and processes. The client’s billing department was overjoyed with the amount of time the automation reduced, with one calling the new program a “lifesaver”.
